New Pensions Portal Launch

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new Pensions Portal

This new system retains all the functionality currently available on Member Self-Service, while introducing enhanced security features, including Multi-Factor Authentication.

Important Registration Information

As this is a new system, you will need to re-register to access the portal. To do this, you’ll need the following:

  •  National Insurance Number
  •  Date of Birth
  •  Email Address

Please note: each user must have a unique email address. If multiple individuals currently share an email on the existing system, they will need to use separate email addresses for the new portal.

Activation Process

Once registered, if the email address matches what we currently hold on record for you, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing an activation link.

If you haven’t previously registered with us, or if the email you provide doesn’t match the one we have on file, you will receive an activation key by post to complete your registration.
